How can I restrict user access or data room access in terms of time? (Admin)

Administrators can set a time period for users during which they have access to the data room. For example, you can simply terminate access to the data room for external parties when the data room is closed. You can restrict access for users directly when creating users, but also for existing users.

Time restricted access

In the “Groups & Users” area, click on “New user > Options” on the right and enter a date and time in the “Access from” and “Access to” input fields in the following dialog.

Restrict access for existing users

Find the desired user in the “Groups & Users” area, select it and click on “Restrict access” in the function bar on the right.

In the following dialog, you can enter a time period and optionally inform the user(s) of this with an e-mail message. This restriction of access for users can be changed or revoked at any time.
