How do I ensure that users do not see each other? (Admin)

When creating users, administrators and group administrators can specify whether and which other users a user can see. When you create new users, you have three settings available for this:

  • Administrators only
  • Users in Common groups
  • All Users

Even after a user has been created, this setting can be changed at any time. You can do this by clicking on “Groups & users” in the left-hand function bar, selecting a user and clicking on “Properties” on the right and then going to the “Options” tab.

If you would like to change this important default setting in advance for the creation of new users, please go to Settings > Users. Users who do not have the right to view other users can display the contact details of administrators and Q&A administrators.

You can change the default setting for this as an administrator at Settings > Users.
