Access contract information and self service (Admin)

The responsible administrator and other authorised administrators can access contract information under “Administration > Contract“. The following self service functions are available:

  • Increase user number
  • Enter Data Processing Agreement according to EU-GDPR
  • Cancel contract

To increase the number of users, select the required number of additional users in the “Increase User Number” dialogue and click “Next”.

You are then shown a summary of the changes and associated costs. To add the additional users, select “Order“.

To cancel your contract, enter the requested cancellation date in the “Cancel Contract” dialogue. The netfiles Sales team will review your cancellation request and send a cancellation notice by e-mail.

The responsible administrator can authorise other administrators to access the contract and use the self service functions. Open “Groups and Users > Administrators” and call up the personal profile of the administrator in question. To do so, either click onto their name or select the user in the listing and open “Properties” in the right menu. On the “Options” tab, activate “Access to contract data and self service“.
