Lists – new, modified, unread, expired and to be approved documents

Lists give you quick access to new or changed documents, documents requiring approval, recently used documents, expired documents, unread documents or documents marked with labels in the data room. The “New/changed” list in the left-hand main navigation bar, for example, gives you a very quick overview of which folders and documents have been changed or newly created in a specified period. The desired time period can be changed using the filters in the top bar.

Please note that the “New/changed”, “Recently used” and “Locked” lists must be enabled by the administrator and that the user can show or hide lists in the user settings under “Features”.
