Open XLSX files in navigable preview
As an alternative to the regular preview, XLSX files in netfiles can also be opened in a navigable preview. You can then navigate within the files in a similar way to MS Excel. The navigable preview is particularly recommended for complex, large tables. A data room administrator can activate the function under “Settings > Preview & Watermark > Enable navigation in the preview for Excel spreadsheets”.

You can select individual spreadsheets in this view and scroll the columns or rows on the sheets. If the “Open XLS files in navigable preview” function is activated, no private or shared annotations can be created in XLSX files.
