Comments Settings (Admin)

With the Comments feature, users of your data room can write and read comments on folders and files.

You can access the data room settings by clicking on the gear wheel icon next to your data room name.

You can activate or deactivate the feature for the entire data room here.

You can restrict the comments as follows:

• All users (all users in the data room, even if the user setting for visibility is restricted)
• Only users who can see all users
