How can I control which other users can see a user in the data room? (Admin)

An administrator in a netfiles data room can control which other users can see a user in the data room by going to “All users” in the “Groups & Users” area.

The bright person icons indicate which visibility has been set for the respective user. The explanation of the icon appears when you move the mouse over the respective icon.

• Administrators only
• Users in Common Groups
• All Users

The visibility of users can be adjusted at any time via the “Options” of the “User properties”.
