Login settings (Admin)

The administrator can click on the gear wheel next to the dataroom name and “Login” settings regarding login activity, login verification and automatic logout.

Login activity

• Login activity: An e-mail notification informs users about logins via new applications.

Login verification

• Login verification: Add another layer of security by enforcing users to verify their login using 2-faktor authentication (email, text message or Authenticator App)
• Exclude IP ranges: Login from IP addresses entered is possible without login verification. Multiple addresses can be entered, separated by comma. For the entries, use the CIDR format, e.g. 168.122.12.0/24.

Automatic logout

• Automatic logout: Automatically log out the user after a certain idle time. You can choose between 5, 10, 15, 20, 30, 45 minutes, and 1 hour.
