Navigation / Features Settings (Admin)

You can access the data room settings by clicking on the gear wheel symbol next to your data room name. The changes made here affect the entire data room and all users.

Navigation bar on the left

• New/changed. Show new and modified files.
• Last used. Show the most recently used objects.
• Show documents with status “Locked for editing”
• Show recent comments.

Not all lists are available in netfiles Data Room Essential.

Team functions

• Activate video conference

Team features are only available in netfiles Data Room Professional, Premium, and netfiles Data Vault.

External File Transfer

• Send and receive files securely, even from people who habe no netfiles user account.
• Transfer file straight from the file system or from your computer
• Apply password protection for file transfer.

External file transfer is not available in netfiles Data Vault.

API Access

• Enable SFTP. Activate the SFTP interface (available on request). 
• Enable WebDAV. Activate the WebDAV interface. Enables users to work in netfiles via WebDAV.
• Enable app access. Authorize access via the netfiles iOS/Android apps.

WebDav is available in netfiles Data Room Professional and Premium, and SFTP is available in netfiles Data Room Premium.
