Settings and administration netfiles Send

Settings

As an administrator, you can set general default settings for netfiles Send. To do so, click the wheel icon.

  • Appearance: Here you can customize the look of the data room and optionally display your logo.
  • Security: Here you can exclude email domains from sending and receiving data.

Administration

There are two user groups in netfiles Send: administrators and users. In the “Administration” > ‘Users’ area, you can add “new users” in the right-hand feature bar.

In the next dialog you need to enter the new user’s personal data.

By clicking on a user, you can make them an administrator under “Users” in the right-hand feature bar clicking “Make Administrator”. You can also make an administrator a user by clicking on “Revoke administrator.”

Administrators can use the feature bar on the right to send invitations to users, reset user passwords, delete users, and view user properties.
