Supported web browsers

The following web browser versions support the full range of netfiles functions

Windows, Mac OS, Linux

• Mozilla Firefox on Windows, Mac OS, Linux or Android: Stable Channel and Extended Support Release
• Google Chrome under Windows, Mac OS, Linux or Android: and all derivatives Opera, Brave, Microsoft Edge, Chromium etc.
• Safari on iOS and Mac OS

For the last two major versions, i.e. versions that are one year old or newer, netfiles offers full support. If you encounter problems when using netfiles with these browsers, please report this to the netfiles support team. If the problem is due to the browser support of netfiles and not to your environment, we will take care of it immediately. Known problems with older browser versions
The following browsers are no longer supported by netfiles and there are known problems here:

• Internet Explorer: Is no longer supported, but login is still possible
• Safari 11: Login is no longer possible due to a Javascript error.
• Safari 11,13,14: Viewing documents is no longer possible.
• 32-bit versions of all browsers are no longer supported by netfiles. There are known problems (out of memory errors) when viewing documents in the data room.

For security reasons, we recommend that you always use the latest web browser version.
