User & Groups settings (Admin)

You can access the data room settings by clicking on the gear wheel symbol next to your data room name.

Here you will find the options for creating users and their rights. The options set here apply to all users in the data room.

Creat User

• Notification e-mail to info address (This feature informs another person of a user invitation/confirmation of access. The person informed does not have to be a user in the data room).
• Invites are valid for (default 14 days, 1, 7, 30, 90 are possible)

New User Visibility

Possibilities new users are allowed to see (Applies only to newly created users. For other users change the setting in the user administration individually)

• No users
• All users in shared groups
• All users in all groups

Contact administrator

Users who are not allowed to see other users, can see the contact details of administrators and Q&A administrators.

 

Group labels

Users can set labels which are displayed for all members of a selected user group.
