User settings nefiles Send

You can access your user settings by clicking on your name in the top right. Your settings are organized into personal data, general, options, and security.

• In “Personal Data,” you can change your name, email address, mobile number, and language.
• Under “General,” you can change the default settings for sending and receiving messages. You can also view your storage capacity there.
• In “Options,” you can make changes to the appearance and folder & document display.
• In the “Security” section, you can enable two-factor authentication, change your password, or create passkeys.
