Why does the document preview not display a document?

Solutions if the document preview loads the pages very slowly or not at all:

• Make sure that the browser window is large enough.
• Make sure that the document is in order.
• Ask the administrator of the data room to activate the option download protected PDF for you.
• Try whether the problem occurs in the same way in another browser program.
