Why is there a red box in front of my file name?

If you are wondering why a red box is displayed in front of the file name in your data room, this is because automatic indexing is on and no index numbers have been assigned.

If you want to switch off automatic indexing, you can do this in the settings by clicking on the cogwheel under “Indexing”.
