Why is there a red box in front of my file name?

If a red box appears before the file name, automatic indexing is active in the data room and no index numbers have been assigned.

If you want to disable automatic indexing, go to the data room settings by clicking on the wheel icon and disable “Automatic indexing” in the “Indexing” area.
