Preview & Watermark settings (Admin)

Administrators can activate or deactivate preview and watermark features in the data room settings for preview & watermark. The changes made here affect the entire data room and all users.

You can access the data room settings by clicking on the gear wheel icon next to your data room name.

Preview

• After clicking on a document title, the document is downloaded instead of shown in the Preview
• Private Annotations
• Redact PDFs
• Enable navigation in the preview for XLS spreadsheets

Watermark

• For users with “View and download pdf” access only, previewed documents and documents for which the option “Download protected PDF” applies are given a watermark
